UEFA make believe moments
THE TASK
To support Sony Ericsson's sponsorship of the 2010 UEFA Champions league season with a digital campaign that would excite, entertain and engage.
THE IDEA
Make.Believe moments. We intorduce the ultimate user-generated award for the 2010 season, awarding th player that entertained most with a moment of skill. After each match, we would pick the best moments and place them up on our microsite. Users then voted for the best one, and the winner would go into the draw to win the award at the end of the season. One lucky person would then be invited to present the award to the player themselves.
But wait, there was more to keep people coming back. Using the great heritage of content from the UEFA back catelogue, we were to create a 'Top Trumps' style game that had people building their Make.Believe collection. Users collect and share some of the best footy moments of all time to build their ultimate collection to show off to the world.
